Most items are in-stock and shipped at once. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of personalized items. However, we can accommodate Grand Openings and give these orders priority. We have never missed an opening date. We can ship in 2-3 days if necessary, so you can put your confidence in us; we won't be another headache, you have enough. Ad specialties items please allow 4-5 weeks. Rush orders are available, but sometimes require a premium. Please check with one of our representatives about rush charges.
