Return Policy
RETURN POLICY
We guarantee all our merchandise against defects, either workmanship or our personalization. We will gladly replace any defective merchandise. For items not personalized, you may exchange or return any items in their original condition within 30 days from receipt of your order. Any merchandise returned after 30 days is subject to a 20% restocking charge. Samples are returnable if the items are in their original condition. Any washed or worn samples cannot be returned.
